Search every imported game for one real printing: name, set, collector number and rarity, with its market price next to it. That printing is named in the coin's fixed description and on its coin page.
Sign in and pay 0.1 SOL
Log in with Phantom, type the coin's name and symbol, upload its logo and paste an optional X link. Then pay the 0.1 SOL launch fee in Phantom; the transfer goes to the Pumpacks.fun dev wallet and is confirmed on chain before anything else happens.
The coin goes live
The dev wallet creates the coin on pump.fun with a 0.01 SOL first buy. Trading happens on pump.fun, not here. Creator rewards received are used to buy the card, which the launcher then receives on chain.

Every coin is created on pump.fun by the Pumpacks.fun dev wallet through PumpPortal, with a fixed 0.01 SOL first buy that is held forever.
Fixed metadata
The description names the card, the website points at the coin page here, and the metadata is served from pumpacks.fun for as long as the token exists.
Rewards buy the card
Creator rewards received on pump.fun go into a per coin card fund. When the fund reaches the card's price the card is bought and handed to the launcher on chain.
