1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Pump.packs website, the sign in, the launch form and every launch paid for through it (together “Pump.packs” or “the site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The law that governs them is described in section 13; the operator of Pump.packs is reached as described in section 14.
2. What Pump.packs is
Pump.packs is a launch service. It lets you pair a new coin on pump.fun, a third party launchpad on the Solana network, with one trading card from its catalogue. You choose the card, the coin's name, symbol, logo and an optional X link, and pay the launch fee described in section 5 from your own Phantom wallet. Pump.packs then creates the coin on pump.fun from a wallet it controls (the “dev wallet”), through the PumpPortal API, with a first buy of 0.01 SOL that Pump.packs pays and keeps. The coin's description and website are written by Pump.packs and name the paired card; you cannot change them.
Pump.packs does not operate pump.fun, PumpPortal, Phantom, PumpSwap, Dexscreener or the Solana network, and cannot change what they do. The site hosts no trading: buying and selling a coin happens on pump.fun and the markets it migrates to, under their own terms. Pump.packs adds a card catalogue, the launch form, a listing of the coins launched this way, market data read from public sources, and the card fund described in section 6.
3. Signing in with Phantom
You sign in by signing a message in Phantom that proves you hold your wallet. The site then sets one cookie (__Host-cp_sid, valid for seven days) that keeps you signed in, and stores your wallet address together with your launches. Pump.packs never asks for, stores or displays a private key or a seed phrase, and no page, email or message claiming to be Pump.packs will ever do so. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys and its security, and for checking every transaction in Phantom before you approve it.
4. Coins are not cards
A coin launched through Pump.packs is paired to one catalogued trading card for identity and price reference. The coin does not represent ownership of the card or of any claim on it, cannot be exchanged for the card, and gives no right to receive the card or its value. What the card fund in section 6 does is a best effort use of creator rewards, not a right attached to the coin.
Nothing keeps a coin's price near the card's price. The site shows the card's market price and the coin's market cap side by side purely as information.
Coins launched through the site are not investments, securities, deposits, e-money or payment instruments, and Pump.packs makes no statement about their value, liquidity or future. Pump.packs does not give financial, legal or tax advice.
5. The launch fee
- Every launch costs a fee of 0.1 SOL, paid from your wallet to the Pump.packs dev wallet in one Solana transaction that you approve in Phantom. The transaction also carries a memo that ties it to your draft. Pump.packs only starts the launch once that transfer is confirmed on chain. The Solana network fee for the transfer is paid by you to the network.
- If the launch succeeds, the fee is kept. It pays for the first buy, the account rent and the network fees of creating the coin, and funds the next launches.
- If the launch fails for good (pump.fun or PumpPortal refuse or stay unreachable after several attempts), your launch is marked as paid but not launched and the fee is refunded by hand to the wallet that paid it, normally within a few days. Write to the address in section 14 if you have not heard back within a week. A transfer that does not match a draft (wrong amount, wrong memo, or sent after the draft expired) is refunded the same way.
- Pump.packs takes no share of any trading fee, no share of creator rewards for itself and no revenue share of any kind from you. There is no other charge.
- A draft expires 20 minutes after it is created if it is not paid, and one wallet may launch at most 3 coins per hour.
6. Creator rewards and the card fund
pump.fun pays a share of trading fees to the creator of a coin. Because the Pump.packs dev wallet is the creator of every coin launched through the site, those rewards are paid to Pump.packs, pooled across all coins. Pump.packs keeps a per coin ledger, the card fund, of the creator rewards attributable to each coin, read from the coin's trades on chain, and shows it on the coin page.
Creator rewards received are used to buy the card. When a coin's card fund reaches the card's market price, the operator buys the card and its on-chain representation is transferred to the wallet that launched the coin by the operator's own backend; the transfer signature is recorded on the coin page. If the fund does not reach the price, a part of the card may be bought and transferred instead where that is offered. This is a best effort commitment: it depends on trades happening, on pump.fun continuing to pay creator rewards under a schedule it alone controls and may change or end, on the card being available to buy at the recorded price, and on the on-chain transfer being possible. Pump.packs decides when and where a card is bought. No one receives creator rewards in SOL or in any other form, no share of them is paid out, and the card fund gives no claim against Pump.packs other than the transfer described here once it has been made.
7. Risks you accept
- Coins on pump.fun are highly volatile and can lose their entire value. Most coins never graduate from their bonding curve.
- A transaction that succeeds on Solana cannot be undone, and a coin's name, symbol, logo and description cannot be changed after launch.
- pump.fun, PumpPortal, the Solana network and the market data sources can be slow, stale or unavailable. A launch can be delayed, and prices, progress and the card fund shown on the site can lag the chain.
- A launch cannot be made exclusive: anyone can pair another coin to the same card, through this site or directly on pump.fun.
- pump.fun and its partners can change their fees, their creator reward schedule and their rules at any time, which changes what the card fund receives.
- You are solely responsible for checking every transaction in Phantom before you approve it, including the recipient and the amount of the launch fee.
8. Publishers and card images
Cards bought by a card fund come from Phygitals and Collector Crypt as vaulted, graded cards and are delivered as 1:1 backed NFTs; redeeming such a card for the physical copy follows that provider's own terms and fees. Pump.packs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, any card database, pump.fun, PumpPortal or Phantom. Game names, card names, set names and logos identify the card a coin is paired to and belong to their respective owners; a per-game statement appears on every card page. Card scans are shown untouched, as supplied by the public databases named on the card page. The coin's logo is the image you upload on the launch form; you are responsible for having the right to use it, and it is written into the coin's metadata for good.
9. Takedown process
If you hold rights in a card image, a name, a coin logo or another item shown on this site and want it removed, write to runnexadam2545@gmail.com with the page address and a short description of your rights. The item is hidden from the site as soon as the request is received and verified, usually within a few days. Note that a coin's name, symbol, logo and description live on pump.fun and Solana, where Pump.packs cannot change or remove them; only what this site displays can be.
10. Your responsibilities
- You are of legal age and legally able to use crypto assets where you live. Using the site from a place where this is not allowed is not permitted.
- You do not launch coins whose name, symbol, logo or X link is unlawful, deceptive or infringes the rights of others, and you are responsible for what you write into a launch.
- You do not attack, overload, scrape or automate the site or its data routes beyond normal use, and you do not try to bypass the launch limits.
- You comply with the laws that apply to you, including tax and financial rules.
11. Availability and changes
The site is provided as is, without any promise of availability. Pump.packs may change, suspend or stop the site, the catalogue, the listing, the launch service or any feature at any time. Coins already launched keep existing on pump.fun and Solana regardless of the site. Pump.packs may change these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the changed terms.
12. Liability
The site depends on pump.fun, PumpPortal, Phantom, the Solana network and data sources that Pump.packs does not control (section 2). To the extent the law that applies allows it, Pump.packs is not liable for their behaviour, for losses from price movements, for data that is late, stale or missing, for a launch that is delayed, or for transactions you approved. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law remains unaffected; for slight negligence Pump.packs is liable only for the breach of an essential contractual duty and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected. The operator's details are given on request at the contact address in section 14. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the rest remains in force.
14. Contact
The operator of Pump.packs is reached by email at runnexadam2545@gmail.com. There is no contact form on this site. Refund questions under section 5, takedown requests under section 9, legal notices, requests for the operator's provider identification and questions about these terms all go to that address, which is also the contact named in the privacy notice. Requests for a card that is not in the catalogue go through the request page, not by email.
